WeSeE-Match

Description

WeSeE-Match (for Web Search Engine based Matching) is an ontology matching tool which uses a web search engine for matching terms in different ontologies. The labels, descriptions, and URI fragments of the concepts an ontology are used as input to a search engine, and the concepts are assigned similarity values based on the search results' similarity.

You can download the following tool versions:

• OAEI 2012 version
• OAEI 2013 version
  

The OAEI 2012 version of the tool uses the Bing Search and Translation API, so you will need to obtain a Microsoft App Id, following the intructions here. Edit the file conf/wesee.properties and fill in your App Id.

The OAEI 2013 version of the tool uses JFreeWebSearch and the Web Translator API. For the former, you need obtain a FAROO key.
